This is a very quick and easy course It is nice for anyone who has had some previous training and would like to renew or obtain their CPR certificate again I do think however that if you have never learned CPR before it would be smart to take an in classroom course with practice dummies in order to get some hands on experience

Ive taken several CPR classes over the years with this being the first onlinevideo course I do feel that those taking a CPR class for the first time should have hands on experience with the CPR dolls just to experience the feel of chest compressions and rescue breathing After that however these video classes are great
