When renewing my first aid CPR cards I always take the course first weather I could pass the exam without it or not just to refresh my knowledge Glad the CPR includes breath and compressions as this is what my employers require

Was easy to understand and gives excellent directions However if you are a first time learner of BLS and have never performed BLS before Please go get hands on experience A first timer should know what it is like to hit depth compression Other than that this is an excellent class for those with experience
