This is a great resource for a refresher course However I would recommend an in class hands on course for persons new to cpr or who are being certified for the first time as it is greatly useful to have an instructor aid you in developing proper for for chest compressions as most persons new to cpr tend to go too gentle with this and therefore may not be as effective
