Getting my certificate to print the original time I passed the exam and purchased it has been a nightmare and NEVER occurred after contacting the site x regarding my purchase order number AB and my inability to get the copy I have resorted to purchasing a nd time in order to avoid continuing the frustration VERY disappointed with the lack of helpful response from your support team
